The most useful message includes the page URL, the exact line or table row, the source that should be checked, and the date you checked it. What to Send

Good correction topics include match date changes, venue naming issues, ticket status updates, official hospitality links, broadcaster confirmations, squad publication status, host city guidance, accessibility information and errors in team, group or stadium data. If the correction concerns tickets, include only official ticketing or hospitality sources unless the message is about warning users away from unsafe resale claims.

For schedule corrections, include the match number if available. For stadium corrections, include the FIFA venue name and the real arena name so the issue can be checked against the venue data file. For team corrections, include the team page and whether the issue concerns group placement, qualification path, squad status, manager, ranking, match links or historical context.

What Not to Send

Do not send requests to buy tickets, transfer tickets, reserve seats, join a waiting list, access hospitality inventory or contact FIFA through this site. FIFA.us.org is not affiliated with FIFA, FIFA.com, tournament organizers, host committees, ticketing platforms or venue operators. The site cannot confirm personal ticket orders, media accreditation, travel documents or entry requirements.

Source Priority

Corrections are strongest when they point to official or primary sources: FIFA pages, host city pages, stadium pages, official ticketing and hospitality resources, confederation pages, federation pages or published tournament documents. Secondary news reports can be useful for context, but they should not override an official source unless the official source is outdated and the page clearly explains the gap.

Image and Licensing Questions

The site uses local production assets. If you believe an image, logo, venue name or attribution needs review, send the page URL and a short description of the issue. Production pages should not hotlink external image CDNs and should not use the official FIFA logo as the site logo.

Response Expectations

FIFA.us.org is a small independent guide, so responses are prioritized by risk. Editorial Response

Corrections are reviewed for source quality first. If a claim is confirmed, the relevant data file should be updated and the static site should be rebuilt so schedules, team pages, stadium pages, search records and structured data stay consistent. If a claim is plausible but not verified, the public copy may be adjusted to label uncertainty rather than treat the claim as final.

Reporting a Broken Page

If a page renders incorrectly, include the device, browser, URL and a short description of what failed.
